I learned of this program while doing my morning news reading. I have been learning of ways that I can become more effective in understanding the role(s) that I would play in my immediate community surrounding public health policies and programs.
Yesterday, I attended a training to become a volunteer and do my internship with Estara Health and Wellness. This place is PERFECT for me. Now, when I say PERFECT, I actually mean it. It has everything that I'm interested in, everything I support, and everything that is applicable to my life, beliefs, and morals right now. This place is amazing! I can't wait to begin this walk.
Next weekend, I will begin my training for Indigenous Reiki. I'm eager to learn more about this and how I can apply this to other areas of my life. I am so grateful for is opportunity.
