OrangeTheory Fitness day 2 *UPDATE*

OrangeTheory Fitness. The place where I'll achieve my goals in a place I feel is awesome. :) Mr and I went in for our second class yesterday and we worked with Scott who was great! OF all the exercises and machines we use, I love the rower. I get a full body workout and I get to use my legs, which I like a lot. I need to work on my strength training more but it will come in time. We had the fortune to be able to work out with one of the owners. She was very nice and interested in our experience. We loved it and decided to sign up that day. Our plan is to continue with our weight loss and strengthening programs and to show up when we need to. I put in a lot of effort and I feel it so much now. My whole body is so very sore, especially my biceps and quads. I'm looking forward to it not hurting this much and to feeling my body being stronger and fitter. Stay tuned!!
